Ice Cream Cheesecake

Today we want to share another recipe: Ice Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients

For the base:

200g cookies
70g butter

For the filling:

500g TooA Cream-flavored gelato
TooA hazelnut crumble

To start, prepare the base of the ice cream cheesecake. Put the cookies in a clear food-grade plastic bag and, using a rolling pin, crush them into a fine mixture. Pour everything into a bowl. Add the previously melted butter and stir carefully. Use this mixture to line the base of a cake pan, in any shape you like. Smooth and press it down firmly with the back of a spoon and place it in the freezer for 2 hours.

After this time, remove the base from the freezer and start filling it with TooA Cream-flavored gelato.

Use a TooA topping to decorate the surface with chocolate swirls. To finish, sprinkle the cheesecake with your desired amount of hazelnut crumble
