The 8-step selector allows you to activate the following functions:
🍨 1 and 2 for cooling any liquid
🍨 3 and 4 for making ice cream at room temperatures from 20°C to 25°C
🍨 5 and 6 for making ice cream when the temperature is between 25°C and 35°C
🍨 7 and 8 for very sugary preparations or those with added alcoholic ingredients
