Oreo Ice Cream Cake, an easy and spectacular holiday dessert made with TooA

Ingredients

TooA Italian artisanal ice cream mix, vanilla flavor — 1 liter

Oreo Cookies — 200 g

Melted butter — 80 g

Melted chocolate — 100 g

Whipped cream (optional) — for decoration

Preparation
1️⃣ Prepare the base
Crush 120g of Oreo biscuits (with the cream) until you obtain a sandy consistency.
Mix them with the melted butter. Spread the mixture over the bottom of an 18–20 cm mold, pressing down firmly with a spoon. Freeze for 10 minutes .
2️⃣ Prepare the ice cream
For making ice cream we recommend one of our machines
TooA Family or TooA Family Pro . Churn time: 30–40 minutes , for creamy, professional-quality ice cream right at home.
3️⃣ Assemble the cake
Pour half of the ice cream onto the cooled base. Add the remaining roughly chopped Oreo cookies and a little melted chocolate. Cover with the remaining ice cream and smooth the surface.
4️⃣ Cooling
Cover the mold with plastic wrap. Place in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours .
5️⃣ Decoration and service
Remove the cake from the freezer 10 minutes before serving .
Decorate with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and more melted chocolate if desired.
