Base for preparation of homemade ice cream: add to Brik Base Fruit 1L, 1kg of fresh fruit or a 1kg of yoghurt (10% fat) and create your homemade ice cream!


For smaller portions keep the ratio of 1 to 1 between base and fruit/yoghurt.
