  • Ingredients: 1 carton of Tooa Vanilla Ice Cream, 1 short espresso, 30ml of Amaretto or Kahlúa liqueur.

  • Preparation: Prepare the gelato and place a generous scoop in a martini glass. Pour the hot espresso and liqueur directly over the gelato. The hot-cold contrast is pure magic.

4. Pistachio Dream (The Unusual Gourmand)
